The eBio-hub team was represented at the 9th International Congress on Advanced Materials Sciences and Engineering (AMSE-2026), held in Zagreb, Croatia, from July 22–24, 2026, by Dr. Jana Ghitman, Deputy Project Director of eBio-hub. The international event brought together researchers and industry professionals to exchange recent advances in materials science and engineering, including nanomaterials, smart polymers, advanced functional materials, and their emerging applications.
eBio-hub Postdoctoral Researcher Irina Oana Lixandru-Petre represented the eBio-hub project at the 13th International Work-Conference on Bioinformatics and Biomedical Engineering (IWBBIO 2026), held in Spain from July 15–17, 2026. Her participation took place within the framework of eBio-hub activities, contributing to the dissemination of the project’s research results and to strengthening its international scientific visibility and networking.
Between July 4-18, 2026, ebio-hub PostDoc Constantin Alexandru-Ionel attended the "Explore the Mysteries of Chips" Summer School, organized by the School of Integrated Circuit Science and Engineering at the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC), in Chengdu, China. His participation took place within the framework of eBio-hub activities and aimed to strengthen expertise relevant to bioengineering applications while fostering international scientific networking and potential collaborations.
Our PostDoc in Microbiology recently participated in the international Summer School "Advanced In Vitro Models: Spheroids and Organoids", organized by the University of Bologna, Italy.
The eBio-hub team participated in the third edition of MEDFEST, organized by the National University of Science and Technology POLITEHNICA Bucharest between June 4–6, 2026. The event brought together professionals from academia, research, industry, and healthcare to explore the latest developments in medical engineering and biomedical technologies.
We are proud to announce the participation of eBio-hub Centre of Excellence in Bioengineering at the 28th Edition of the European Congress of Endocrinology 2026, held between May 9–12, 2026, in the Prague, Czech Republic.
Between 17–21 April 2026, eBio-hub proudly contributed to ESCMID Global 2026 in Munich, the world’s leading congress in clinical microbiology and infectious diseases, bringing together over 16,000 experts to address critical challenges such as antimicrobial resistance and emerging pathogens.
