4th International Conference on Bioengineering and Polymer Science took place between 2 and 5 of June 2025, in Brasov, Romania. The scientific event, organized by APMG and officially endorsed by eBio-hub, brought together over 100 attendees from around the world, including participants from the USA, Italy, Spain, France, Germany, Mexico, Pakistan, and more. Envisaged in the project proposal, this event represents one of the key channels for disseminating excellence and enhancing the global visibility and impact of the eBio-hub initiative. Several members of the eBio-hub team served on the Organizing Committee and actively contributed to the planning and execution of the scientific program, ensuring strong alignment with the project’s goals.

The plenary and keynote sessions featured talks from internationally renowned researchers with world-class credentials, covering cutting-edge topics in the field, including:
- The Do's and Don'ts of 3D Printed AUP Meniscal Substitutes – Peter Dubruel, Faculty of Sciences, UGent
- Points of View in Bioengineering: Molecular Diagnostics, Transdermal Drug Delivery, and Nanomedicine – Ciprian Iliescu, eBio-hub ERA Chair, POLITEHNICA Bucharest
- Shaping the Future of Global Leaders: Insights and Directions in Bioengineering and Polymer Science – Rafael Luque, Universidad de Córdoba, Spain
- Additive Manufacturing of Biodegradable Polymers for Tissue Engineering and In Vitro Cancer Modelling – Dario Puppi, University of Pisa, Italy
- Catalytic Activity and Magnetic Properties of Lanthanide Phosphates – Mihaela Stefan, eBio-hub SAB member, University of Texas at Dallas
- Thyroid Cancer Diagnosis and Treatment Challenges – The Place for AI Improvement – Madalina Musat, eBio-hub SC member
- Disruption of the Self-Assembly Pathway of Hepatitis B Virus Capsid by Antivirals – Guillaume Tresset, eBio-hub SAB member, Université Paris-Saclay, France

The scientific program also included two dedicated sections presenting the results obtained so far within the eBio-hub project, offering valuable insights and fostering engaging discussions on recent advancements. In addition to the scientific sessions, a social program was organized to facilitate networking and collaboration among participants. These activities played a crucial role in building international partnerships and promoting future cooperation. Overall, the conference successfully advanced the objectives of the eBio-hub project by promoting knowledge exchange, showcasing project achievements, and strengthening the scientific community.
