Anca ROIBU
Dr. Anca Roibu has a PhD in Chemical Engineering from KU Leuven (Belgium) and a research background in microfluidics and photoreactors. She received a postdoctoral fellowship at Transilvania University of Brasov (Romania) to design an automated screening platform to test immobilized photocatalysts for water remediation and an Erasmus Mundus scholarship for her master's degree in applied spectroscopy at Leipzig University (Germany), Bologna University (Italy), and Lille 1 University (France). She finished her bachelor's degree in chemical engineering at Politehnica University of Bucharest.
Her research interests lie in designing smart microstructured devices for photocatalysis and detection used in medical and environmental applications.
